Janel Melanie Parrish (born October 30, 1988) is an American actress and singer-songwriter. She is best known for playing Mona Vanderwaal on the ABC Family series Pretty Little Liars. She is also known for the role of Jade in the 2007 film Bratz: The Movie'. She was born on the 30th of October 1988 in Hawaii.
