Ian Harding is an American actor. Ian Harding was born on the 16th of September 1986 in Heidelberg, Germany to a military family. His family moved to Virginia a few years later, where he joined the drama club at his high school, Georgetown Preparatory School. He was elected by his class to give the commencement address.
